Fusion 3 Fitness opened its doors in August 2016 with the mission to provide our members and visitors with a first class training facility. We have created a facility and environment suitable for everyone from the most experienced through to beginners in a friendly community led by our experienced team of trainers. 

We have equipped fusion 3 fitness with a full range of the biggest brands and latest equipment to provide our members and visitors with an extensive gym floor featuring over 60 pieces of resistance training kit 30 pieces of cardio kit and a functional area and AstroTurf track.
